Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service.

Bosse Spa and Style requests that cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to the full treatment price.

A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you upon your first visit to Bosse Spa & Style. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.

Waxing will not be administered to those clients on Retin-A, Renova or any other topical prescription.

Cell phones and pagers must be turned off upon entry to Bosse Spa & Style to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.

Treatment prices do not include gratuities, except for spa packages. In appreciation of services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Please let our spa concierge know if you are allergic to any nuts as our essential oils do contain traces of nuts in them.
